Talia Arnold started her media career in college selling advertising space in the UC Berkeley campus newspaper to help pay off her tuition fees. After graduation, she spent 10 years climbing the ranks within traditional media companies working with brands like the San Francisco Chronicle, Hyundai-Kia, Dr Pepper and Corona developing marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. After the birth of her son she wanted to break free of the industry norm of unrewarding 12 hour workdays. So in 2014 she co-founded a new breed of media agency, Exverus Media, whose mission is to market products that are improving people’s lives, and turn them into widely recognized brands.

Talia’s expertise in digital media and analytics helped convince over a dozen brands to partner with Exverus. Early on, Talia saw the need to invest in machine learning and AI software so Exverus’ clients could accurately measure the impact of their marketing campaigns. As Head of Strategy she’s helped lead the agency to 100% YOY successive growth and recent client wins include Walmart, Suja Juice and Bonobos. She is also a writer and speaker at industry conferences including OMMA, Digiday, and iMedia.
