Nick Blitterswyk is the co-founder and CEO of Urban Green Energy, the world’s leading manufacturer of vertical axis wind turbines and associated applications. After growing up in western Canada, Nick moved to New York City to start a career as an actuary until he found his calling as a clean energy entrepreneur in late 2007. Along with his two co-founders, Nick set out to revolutionize small wind by overseeing the development of what is now the world’s most advanced small wind turbine technology.
