Emily Griffith is a Chicago-based entrepreneur and the founder of the sprouted buckwheat brand Lil Bucks. While living in Australia, Emily discovered the widespread use of sprouted buckwheat as a grain-free crunchy granola and topping. She became obsessed with this sustainable superfood, and moved back to the U.S.A. in 2017. She has since been on a mission to share the love of buckwheat with other crunch-lovin’, health-conscious Americans!Â
