Jerry Koller started in real estate at 18 years old when he bought a 4-family apartment building in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He flipped it in 6 months and made over $25,000 in 1982.
His interest in Real Estate continued with investing and eventually relocating to California. Obtaining his DRE license in 1989, he pursuit a career in lending that ended up landing him in a VP of sales position at one of Americas top consumer direct lenders. After a ten-year stint in mortgage, Jerry moved to the real estate side.
Building an Internationally recognized brand, International Home Realty, with a team of multilingual agents that can work with clients in their native language. In the 5 years International Home Realty has been operating in Irvine California, Jerry and his agents have sold Hundreds of Millions in residential and commercial real estate. Jerry and International Home Realty have been featured in local business journals, National trade publications and internationally with his latest book being published on Amazon “China- Understanding the Nuances of Chinese business culture”.
