Michael E. Feigin is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of MSA/DTH Management, LLC.  Raised in Texas, Mike attended college in Springfield, Massachusetts but returned to Texas upon graduation to begin a career in the homebuilding industry.

In 1997, Mike Feigin, along with co-founder Barbara Feigin, established Design Tech Homes, one of the largest family-owned, full-service, custom home builders in Texas. The company has built more than 1700 custom homes and is a leader in the industry in the areas of innovative design, craftsmanship techniques, and quality assurance programs. Design Tech Homes was the first custom builder to offer a 20-year limited structural warranty, far exceeding the industry’s 10-year standard. For eight consecutive years the company has received accolades for energy efficient construction from the Environmental Protection Agency leading them into 2011 as the only custom builder in the nation to be honored with the prestigious ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year award.

Mike’s entrepreneurial expertise and passion for fulfilling the homes and dreams of homeowners, drives him to continually pursue additional opportunities. In 1998 he established Criterion Mortgage Ltd., a licensed Texas Mortgage Broker providing on-site loan assistance to home buyers. In 2003 he developed The Better Home Show, a weekly, call-in radio program. Serving as the show’s co-host still today, Mike discusses homebuilding and remodeling issues with new and devoted listeners who call into the program each week.

In 2012, Mike unveiled his 10-year vision for creating a new and unique way of shopping for new homes, home products and home services with the completion of MainStreet America® – the nation’s only year-round Parade of Showcase Homes™. From Old World Mediterranean to Contemporary Modern, the MainStreet America® Park features 12 Design Tech Homes representing a wide variety of architectural styles, interior décor and square footages ranging from 1,800 to over 6,000. In addition, each home operates as a retail furniture showroom. For the first time, consumers are able to shop for home furnishings within the full context of a completely decorated and functional home. This new multi-million dollar educational, shopping and entertainment destination located in Houston, Texas, is paving the way in ingenuity–providing a world of inspirational ideas and resources to a new generation of consumers.
