Founded by Mel Shubash and Andrew Roosen, FromMe2You is a revolutionary new online service for people who want to leave their life legacy to the ones they love. After researching, Shubash and Roosen found that people had the desire to leave a personal legacy, beyond a financial inheritance to their family and friends.
Shubash & Roosen’s successful partnership over the last 10 years has been built on mutual trust, respect and the ability to recognize and capitalize on viable business opportunities, along with a shared tolerance for risk. While the bottom line has been a powerful motivator in starting other ventures, including a direct mail marketing firm and a design manufacturing company for Smartphone cases, FromMe2You was the exception. FromMe2You did not fall within the criteria they normally used to start a new venture. Developing an Internet based business that relied on proprietary technology was not something they had ever done before.
They contracted technologists, designers and marketers to create a cutting-edge online business that allows people to create individual Legacy Packages for each person that they love, and fill those packages with videos, pictures, documents, audio files and so much more. After a person passes away, the Legacy Packages are automatically sent to the intended recipients.
“Life is a gift,” says Roosen. “When our time comes and we move on, that gift needs to be shared with others. FromMe2You allows us to share our life with others and that is a true legacy.”
Actor, Dean Cain is the spokesperson for FromMe2You. The company’s Chief Marketing Officer is Linda York. FromMe2You launched October 2013.
In addition, Shubash and Roosen are active members of an investment fund for tech startups.
