Nova is a global serial entrepreneur creating four companies and assets worth more than $50M. Nova is an advocate for minority rights, organizing several strikes in his native Latvia and serving as a delegate representing minorities in the Council of Europe.

Nova is a person of compassion and humanitarianism, and has won several awards and recognition including the Social Impact Startup Award at Silicon Valley Open Doors 2019, named to the Forbes Latvia Top Entrepreneurs list, and was a 2019 TechCrunch Disrupt Hackathon finalist.
