As Jay Handler shares a story of shopping for a pair of jeans and the buying behavior attached, Special Guest Sean Buvala adds that he can’t remember the last time he was asked by any attendant the question – “Can I help you….”. He believes that social media has changed marketing today and the approach of most businesses now aim to engage with the customer instead of directly helping. Sean says he knows exactly where he would rather shop where there is great interaction with their customers as they are treated like the lifeblood of their business and not the interruption to their business.
