Kevyn Zeller began practicing Pilates more than 20 years ago and has been teaching on two continents for 18 years. A knee injury during her years as a long-distance runner in Mexico led her to discover Pilates as a means of rehabilitation. The practice not only healed her knee but also became an essential part of her being profoundly influencing the way in which she approaches both movement and life in general.
Kevyn received her Pilates Certification and Master’s Certification at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. Concurrently, she obtained a B.A. degree in Kinesiology at The University of Colorado at Boulder. It is her belief that the key to health and healing lies in One’s ability to connect with his or her deepest, most authentic center in order to acknowledge movement patterns or habits that are no longer serving optimal health. This led her to launch her accountability coaching business working with entrepreneurs and busy CEOs to prioritize not only their goals but their SELF. Coaching and Pilates combine on Kevyn’s Awoken & Unbroken Retreats, offered in serene locations around the world.
