Gemma Kenyon is the Director of Employability at City St George’s, University of London. The university educates more than 27,000 students from over 170 countries across three campuses in Clerkenwell, Moorgate and Tooting. The University is now one of the largest higher education destinations for London students.

Gemma leads a 40-person team focused on embedding employability into every degree — turning academic experiences into real-world readiness. She brings 15+ years of hands-on experience in careers strategy and is passionate about aligning learning with outcomes students actually care about.
