Warren Edwards is the Founder of River of Talent, a Silicon Valley startup making it easy for hiring managers to find great candidates for jobs on their teams. He worked as a software developer and a marketing manager among other roles in the technology world.
During his corporate career, he was a hiring manager, a job seeker, and a recruiting contact for PhD candidates. In each of these roles, he saw that the recruiting process was broken. He started River of Talent to give hiring managers a better way to hire and job candidates an easier road to finding their dream job.
He has a degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas, Austin.
