Te Wu is an accomplished management consultant, business executive, college professor, and business owner with 20 years of professional experience spanning business and IT strategy with an intense focus on strategic business execution – an emerging field that addresses the gap between strategy and results and helps organization “get tough and complex things done”. This includes large scale program and project delivery, organization change, and operational management.

Te is certified in Program Management (PgMP) and Project Management (PMP), one of roughly 1,000 professionals in the world. He current holds dual bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Philosophy, dual masters in Industrial Engineering and MBA, and is completing his doctoral with dual concentrations in management and international business.

Working since the early age of nine, Te has worked for world-class organizations such as KPMG, Accenture, Oracle, and Kraft.  As a management consultant, his client list includes Standard and Poors, Time Inc., Bankers Trust, Chase Bank, Corning Inc., AXA Financials, KCG, and LexisNexis. Interestingly, nearly 50% of Te’s career has been dedicated to working for world-class non-profit organizations including College Board, Lumina Foundation, Columbia University Teacher School Innovation, Stevens Institute of Technology, Montclair State University, City and State University of New York, the Access Group, Touro College, and Consumers Union. Te also has been teaching and lecturing for the past 13 years in international business, general management and project management and is a frequent guest lecturer at regional colleges. In addition to professional and academic experiences, Te is a frequent blood donor, volunteers at a local food bank, chaired his town’s kid’s entrepreneur program for Grade 4-6, runs corporate outreach for Project Management Institute’s New York City chapter, and sits on the board of the New Century Education Foundation.

Te believes that a “perfect” organization blends the excitement of a strong social mission (impact) with strong business acumen (revenue). At the most abstract level, PMO Advisory, which he found in 2012, is an embodiment of that belief.  The mission of PMO Advisory is to be a trusted advisors to our clients and deliver incredibly high value results at an affordable price. At the same time, the firm dedicates its time and resources to helping today’s under- and un-employed graduates gaining and nurturing the necessary business skills to be successful in the 21st century.
