TIP: The greatest human embrace is to connect with yourself. If you cannot love yourself, how can you possibly believe that anyone else can love you. You will reject the very thought of this as it will contradict your own beliefs. Remember Self Love is not being Selfish.
Acceptance of ourselves with all our shortcomings and mistakes is the first step to self love. The second is realising that everyone else has shortcomings and has made mistakes too, and that is ok. If we can accept ourselves, then we can accept others for who they are. We are all human, doing the best we can with what we know.
