This episode of Enterprise Radio is working in conjunction with the Author Channel.

Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Julie Richman discuss the following:

  1. Tell us about your ideas on the 5 foundations to living.
  2. How does the law of “balance” apply to couples in business together?
  3. Can you explain more about what you mean by the “box of springs”?
  4. Why is it so important to be aware of what we are “focusing on” in our relationship?
  5. You have an interesting story about perspectives and how this relates to couples in business, can you explain more on that?

TIP: Maintaining balance will be a fluid process. Try not to worry about completing the full swing of balance all in one day. There will be times when you both need to work all hours, and then times when you will need to rest. These may not fall within the same day, week or even month. Remember the pendulum will always swing back eventually.  It has to in order to maintain Balance.

Having over 21 years personal experience in owning and operating small business, as well as a Degree in Business and Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Management, Julie combines both world class business strategies with real-life practical experience.

Focusing primarily on people within the business, all issues and solutions stem from the head space of the business owners.  Julie combines unique views and imaginative responses to the everyday challenges that small business owners face. Exploring fundamental principles between couples in business together, Julie brings about simple, yet very effective tools and strategies to make life and business much easier together.
