Tom Sesti was hired in 2008 to launch Bandals with 10 years of sales, marketing and management experience across the Footwear, Accessory and Specialty Trade, the Food, Drug and Mass Trade, as well as the Outdoor and Sporting Goods Trades.

In his role with Bandals, Tom is responsible for the overall day-to-day management duties for the company along with Bandals’ Sales and Operations functions. He previously had managed multiple brands to these channels and directed overall profit and loss responsibility for the Retail Business Unit at Excelda Manufacturing.

Sesti launched his career in 1991 as a founding partner of what is now the Regal Financial Group, a multi service financial firm based in Grand Rapids, MI, which holds a position on the “Inc. 5000” and received a “West Michigan’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work for” award in 2007.

He is a graduate of the Albion College Professional Management program and holds a Masters Degree from Aquinas College in Management with a concentration in Marketing.
