Neil Goldberg has over 15 years leadership experience building global companies in the entertainment, mobile and technology industries. He has structured partnerships with companies including Facebook, Google, and Cisco, as well as telcos, MSO’s, application developers, sports leagues and media conglomerates (studios, networks & cable channels) worldwide.

Neil is the Founder of AppOne, a new platform that aggregates social and news channels around a particular topic into one stream of curated content. As major brands including BeachBody, Wizard World, and celebrity talent like Chris Brown, are turning to AppOne to deliver brand-centric content to fans, advertisers can expect an increased ROI with early case studies reflecting greater user retention and longer dwell times, in turn, more commerce and advertising touch points between brands and consumers.

Prior to AppOne Neil oversaw corporate development and sales at SayNow. In less than two years, he helped grow the company from a Silicon Valley startup to the leading social, voice-based entertainment platform culminating in a sale to Google.

Before joining SayNow, Neil was COO at Akimbo where the board of directors (Kleiner Perkins, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, AT&T, Cisco) backed Neil’s vision to transform the company from set-top box content distributor to a SaaS based platform, enabling major content providers to monetize their assets on the web.

As Co-founder of On Demand Media Group, Neil launched VOD, IPTV, & mobile services with cable, telco & internet companies worldwide.

At Diva, the 1st commercially deployed VOD service in the US, Neil oversaw all entertainment & licensing aspects of the company. Neil was part of senior management, growing the company to over 300 employees and raising over $500m.

Neil began his career at Warner Bros., where he served as Director of Worldwide Acquisitions.

Neil is a frequent invited speaker at industry events such as Digital Hollywood, Always On, and Mipcom. He is often quoted in the entertainment and media industry trades as an expert on the future of television.

In addition to his business experience, Neil has a deep understanding of the creative process having served as a writer and producer of film and television properties for studios and networks (JJ Abrams, ABC, Warner Bros., Fox Family, Saban).
