Don Brailsford is the founder and CEO of TextThisHouse, developer of XiLi. XiLi Mobile is a mobile marketing solution designed to quickly connect homebuyers to agents in real-time. XiLi’s database uses MLS listings from across the nation to provide information about available homes to interested buyers via text message, while simultaneously capturing these leads and automatically forwarding them to the listing agent for service.
Brailsford has a long history as an entrepreneur and started his first business when he was seven and has been a developer of businesses and business property ever since. Most recently he helped a variety of small businesses and organizations hone their online marketing strategies to increase sales and connect with customers. As a result of this experience, he could see the writing on the screen: mobile phone advertising would increasingly be the marketing tool of choice.
Brailsford attended the University of Connecticut and also taught graduate and undergraduate business classes at the university. While in college, he entered the real estate industry as a multifamily house buyer and also ran a Contracting and Roofing company. Later he worked in the real estate lending reverse mortgage market with a major bank in Baltimore.
Brailsford also has extensive experience in marketing and consulting with clients across the country.
