Instructions of the DISC test
Your answers should be honest and spontaneous. It hardly takes 5 or 10 minutes to complete the test. You need to study all the descriptions in the statements carefully. For example, you may get a combination of questions like:
- I tend to be a kind person
- People say I have a strong personality
- People look up to me
- I accept life as it comes
What do you think is more relatable to your life? You have to choose one answer that you think is most like you. For example, “I tend to be a kind person.” Apart from this statement, you also need to choose another description that is least like you. For example, “I accept life as it comes.”
You need to answer, no matter what the statement is. As long as you answer one likely and one unlikely condition, the site will consider you are completing the test. You may find statements that have no relation to your life at all. You still have to choose an answer, whether you like it or not. Once you finish the test, you can select submit. The website will ask you your age, educational qualification, and a few other questions before revealing the result.
DISC personality report
Depending on your answers, the site will provide a pie chart of your personality profile. The red area indicates your compliance with others and daily activities of life. The yellow area shows your ability to dominate conditions. Whether it is dominating people or a specific situation, you will come to know about your dominance from the yellow mark.
The orange area indicates your influence on others. It shows your ability to help people in different situations. Lastly, the pink area indicates your steadiness in life. Some of the questions will ask about your attitude towards life and if you are content with it or not.
