Entrepreneurs always run real health risks. The very steam and passion that keep them going can also drain them out. The excitement and motivation that help them work late into the night will cost them sooner or later.

So, they often look for solutions to help their life-work balance. The best picture shows them setting time for exercise to invigorate all their physical, neurological, and psychological systems. But, exercise takes work, no pun intended. With everything else on your mind and desk, it’s plain difficult to stick to a truly beneficial regimen.

Circadian rhythms regulate our day. When disrupted, these rhythms use tiredness and fatigue to get even. But, you can get a full night’s sleep and still see those rhythms disrupted by distractions, crisis, and overwork.

Searching for wakefulness

Being awake is not the same as being conscious and aware. There’s that groggy feeling you have as you wake up. When that occurs at other times of the day, your wakefulness is low, and you may have a problem. When you are not wakeful and on top of things, business suffers.

This is the “fight or flight” syndrome at a moderate and controlled level where dopamine and histamine boost energy and focus. Dopamine, specifically, facilitates concentration and problem-solving. And, this comfort improves the mood and motivation so valuable to entrepreneurial efforts.

Adrafinil presents mild side-effects in nausea and dry mouth for some. Incorrect dosage can increase anxiety and irritability. Still, you can take it in addition to other remedies like fish oil and B-complex vitamins. Other smart supplements include Pitolisant, Gotu Kola, and Oxiracetam.

Nootropics simple offer entrepreneurs safer, more focused solutions for them as individuals and business leaders than the stimulants that only damage them more.
