President and CEO Sung Ohm is a well-known name in franchising. Growing up in a South Korean immigrant family, Sung saw the benefits of entrepreneurialism and hard work from day one. His family started with small business convenience stores and grew to be multi-unit franchisees within the hotel industry for over 15 years. In addition to growing up with first-hand experience in franchising from the Owner side, Sung has held development leadership positions at some of the best-known finance, national automotive, fitness, and service franchise brands. In 2020, Sung partnered with FranDevCo, becoming CEO in 2022, and he immediately began building the most robust foundation possible for growth. Sung’s goal is to make FranDevCo the best in the industry and use his experience and passion to empower franchisors and entrepreneurs to live the American dream of independence through franchising.
