Robert D. Sollars brings more than 30 years of experience in the security field to his company, Sollars Security Shield. They specialize in providing workplace violence prevention training & consulting to businesses. He has studied, researched, written, and presented seminars on workplace violence for more than 20 years. He is constantly thinking outside’the’box to help his clients and the communities at large.
Robert has a drive to protect the lives of both adults and children. Despite going blind in 2003 he has persisted in this goal and has continued to write, appear in the media as an expert, and has written one book on school violence and another to soon be published on workplace violence. He is currently the Public Relations Chair and legislative Chair for the Phoenix Chapter of ASIS International, which he has been a member of for 17 years.
