Olivia Wingert is a Specialty Tea Institute Level III certified tea master, a distinction that is awarded to deserving tea masters and tea sommeliers dedicated to promoting the “experience” of quality, loose-leaf specialty teas grown around the world. Her passion for tea dates back to her childhood in Germany where tea plays part of the culture.  Prior to Souvia, Olivia was in international banking where she gained presentation experience with a wide range of international clients.  Her knowledge of international plantations, tea and herbal exporters is unrivaled. She is also studying acupuncture and is in her third year of study.

Olivia has been invited to speak to groups ranging from the World Tea Expo, PBS Channel 8, various colleges and national health organizations. She has been an invited guest on local and national television.
