Donna Rockin is a former successful small business owner with an M.B.A. from Loyola University-Chicago.  She is the Illinois SBDC/Duman Entrepreneurship Center Director at JVS Chicago and oversees the educational/training programs, technical assistance efforts, and mentor pairing process for Chicago-area entrepreneurs. Ms. Rockin also manages the Center’s loan portfolio.  Ms. Rockin works closely with loan applicants to help ensure business plans are realistic and achievable.  She has over thirty years of product development, marketing and communications experience in the for-profit sector.
