Paul Cevolani / President and Chief Executive Officer

Paul leads the Novus Origo team with over 30 years of extensive experience across Government and Fortune 500 companies with projects ranging in size from small offerings to large complex deals (1.2 Billion), for a variety of services in multiple locations and countries. Paul brings to Novus Origo an in-depth experience in the areas of; Strategic Planning, Operations Delivery, Outsourcing Operations, Business Optimization, Business Process Analysis and Reengineering, Change Management, Risk Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Governance & Relationship Management, and Service Start-Up Operations.

Paul served in the United States Navy in various technical and leadership roles, and retired after twenty years of service. He attained the prestigious rank of Command Master Chief Petty Officer early in his naval career, and was nominated for the position of Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, the Navy’s highest enlisted position.

Paul holds a Bachelors degree (Cum Laude) and a Masters of Business Administration degree from National University.

Paul also graduated 2nd in his class from the U.S. Navy’s prominent Senior Leadership Academy which trains a selected top 1 percent of the Navy’s Senior Enlisted personnel in the areas of Strategic Leadership, Executive Management, and Communications.

Additionally, Paul holds a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Paul serves as an Executive Board member for a San Diego Non Profit Organization which is dedicated to helping families and youths in need of support, counseling, and assistance.
