President and Chief Executive Officer of MaxOut Domestic Franchising and MaxOut Strength Systems, Jason Griggs started with MaxOut Strength Studios at its inception when he used his abilities to redesign the MaxOut Tower and make significant improvements. Now known as the Barwis Methods MaxOut Tower it helps deliver faster results than typical weight training by utilizing the counter weight method.

In his current role, he has guided the direct sales of Barwis Methods MaxOut Towers to colleges, universities and elite athletic training facilities across the country while educating thousands on its unique capabilities to not just build strength but also mitigate injuries and increase muscle capacity for the healthy and also for those with disabilities or plagued by chronic conditions.

Drawing from his entrepreneurial background in business and real estate development, Griggs provides the vision and leads a team of trainers focused on supporting and empowering their clients. Dedicating the majority of their time to teens, Griggs and his team utilize a weekly regiment of strength training, structured mentoring and leadership skill building to fortify the mind, body and soul of today’s youth and tomorrow’s leaders.

“At MaxOut, we believe that preparing our youth both physically and mentally for the future is what differentiates us from other fitness centers,” said Griggs. “With a background in business and development, I believe in wise investment and what’s better than investing in our future?”

In addition to his dedication to enhancing the lives of his clients at MaxOut, Griggs also has strong ties to his hometown where he is active in both political and civic endeavors. A mission leader at his church and a Trustee at his alma mater Wilkes University, Griggs is often busy lending his skills where they are needed most.

“I am devoting my time to MaxOut because its mission is one that I truly believe in,” said Griggs.  “Where else can I get the satisfaction of knowing that I am helping others each and every day achieve their goals within the framework of a supportive, nimble company?”
