In order to recover from a serious life-altering accident, Soina discovered the secrets to eliminating synthetic medications and holistically rebuilding her health. Food was the first, and most important medicine.
After publishing 1200 articles, and 200 podcast episodes, impacting 300mm worldwide with her story, and watching the ripple effect of the pandemic, Sonia decided to shift her focus to helping passionate, freedom-focused people design, build, and maintain chemical-free, nutrient-dense, sustainable food systems that will feed families and communities for generations.
