ChoiceLadder is a personal, professional and organizational program providing training and education in the skills of conscious judgment and values-centered choice-making. ChoiceLadder helps people learn the skills to choose consciously and be more effective in all aspects of life by producing both intensive and executive workshops that break down the process of making choices into a simple to learn, easy to apply and highly engaging experience. The aim of the organization is to enable participants to operate “in the zone” whenever they choose to be there.

The ChoiceLadder Institute is built on a foundation of research from four fields: decision psychology, neuroscience, systems thinking and behavioral economics. By collaborating with researchers in decision psychology from Ohio State, behavioral economics at Carnegie Mellon and neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin, the ChoiceLadder Institute is able to integrate these spheres of study to work together at a practical level. The ChoiceLadder workshop leaders have deep expertise in their fields and understand not only the theoretical aspects of what they teach, but also the real-world context that could only have come from the scars of personal experience. This philosophy of experience-based expertise is the driving force behind the ChoiceLadder Institute.
