Brian Blosser, Vice President of Development & Construction for The Krystal Company,  the brand famous for its signature square hamburgers joins Enterprise Radio to discuss Krystal’s environmental impact.

Brian Blosser is the Vice President of Development & Construction for The Krystal Company.  Blosser oversees all real estate and construction-related operations, including the management of sale lease packs, for the more than 350 franchise and company-owned restaurants at The Krystal Company. Blosser’s professional career includes nearly 20 years of experience within the restaurant industry, in progressive roles within development, construction and real estate.

Before joining Krystal in June of 2012, Blosser served as the Senior Director of Construction and Equipment for Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, where he was responsible for the forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting and management of facility operations.

Blosser’s professional career also includes more than four years of experience as the Senior Director of Construction and Real Estate for Church’s Chicken, as well as seven years of experience as a franchisee for six Waffle House restaurants in Northwest Ohio.

Blosser is a graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing, as well as a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
