Can you please start by telling us about infineo?
You were recently named CEO of infineo as the company enters a new phase of growth. How has your leadership focus shifted since taking the helm, and what’s your vision for infineo over the next 12–18 months?
infineo aims to expand institutional adoption while maintaining policyholder protections. How do you balance the need for innovation with regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities in such a foundational market like life insurance?
infineo has digitized hundreds of millions in life insurance policies on-chain. How do you respond to ongoing industry skepticism around blockchain’s real-world utility, especially beyond speculative assets?
You were at Bitcoin Investor Week today. What were your takeaways, and how does it relate to the work you are doing at infineo?

Jay Rogers is the CEO, Director & Co-Founder of infineo & Stearns Financial Group.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, as the son of Missionaries, Jay shortly thereafter moved to the States, where he grew up between Boston, Massachusetts, and Greenville, South Carolina. Jay attended Emmanuel College and Boston College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Theology. Upon his graduation in 2010, Jay became a Financial Advisor with a focus on estate planning and investment advising. Jay has been with Stearns Financial Group since 2015 and enjoys working with executives, committees, and boards to create customized solutions that drive retention, attraction, and yield.

Jay lives in Boston with his wife, Alex, their daughters, Caroline and Raegan, their son, James, and their dog, Dabo.
