Erin Frey, Co-Founder of FREY, which produces a unique and modern laundry detergent joins Enterprise Radio to talk about starting up an innovatory company.
Listen to interview with host Eric Dye & guest Erin Frey discuss the following:
- So your company is called FREY, what exactly do you do, and what advice do you have for budding entrepreneurs?
- What do you mean “designer-label-safe” and “eco-friendly”?
- Can you describe the scent more?
- Why a “Laundry Detergent for Men”?
- Has FREY seen any success so far, and how did you come about those?
Erin Frey, Co-Founder of FREY with his brother Leif Frey, has created a brand new unique product. The product is a premium laundry detergent designed to fit the modern man’s lifestyle. It is eco-friendly, designer-label-safe, has a cologne-inspired scent, and 10% of their profits go to various charities including the Wounded Warriors Project, Americares, and Movember.
Erin and Leif graduated from Dartmouth College and Georgetown University, respectively, and have moved a long way from their early stages of developing their detergent in their basement. They now operate out of a warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. Both brothers have volunteered in a number of countries, worked with Habitats for Humanity, and are keen on remaining in shape, playing music, and personal improvement.
