Jill Ammon Vanderwood is a mother and grandmother from Salt Lake City, Utah. She experienced bullying while she was in the fifth grade. One boy even brought a gas mask to school for his friend who sat next to her in class.

Jill is the published author of seven other books, including the Mom’s Choice Award winning book, Drugs Make You Un-Smarter, coauthored by her teenage granddaughter, Savanna Peterson and What’s It Like, Living Green? Kids Teaching Kids, by the Way They Live.

Jill is an experienced speaker and is available to speak for your school, church group, and scout troop or youth camp.

Jill Vanderwood has firsthand experience with bullying. She wants to let kids know that even the worst days of bullying will pass and you will come out stronger and smarter for your experiences.
