Tom founded SWM in response to what he believed to be was stagnation in the digital marketing industry.  With experience in working for both an agency and in leading an in-house digital team, Tom grew frustrated with how agencies were conducting themselves and letting down the clients they work for.  At the beginning of 2015, So What? Media was formed with the tagline “Digital Done Differently”.  SWM promises to break away from the old, out-dated digital agency format and into a new, flexible and ultimately rewarding structure.  Listen to Tom’s interview to see how this is achieved.
