Demystifying the stigma around CBD and cannabis for the masses

Silvia Orizaba, the Founder of Chicago-based Sacred Enterprises and the catalyst behind the Sacred line of pain relief products using full spectrum CBD oil and hemp seed oil joins Enterprise Radio.

This episode of Enterprise Radio is working in conjunction with the Cannabis Entrepreneur Channel.

Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Silvia Orizaba discuss the following:

  1. What led you to get into the cannabis industry?
  2. How have you seen the industry grow?
  3. What does it mean to be registered with the Food & Drug Administration? Aren’t most products registered? What does this registration say about the legitimacy of your products?
  4. How is Sacred positioned? There are scores of other brands out there; how do you differentiate yourself?
  5. How has Sacred helped you become a better/smarter business owner?
  6. What obstacles have you overcome since being in business?
  7. Up until now, you have been a strictly online operation.  Starting May 1, you opened your first physical location—and I hear you have more coming.  What have you learned about physical stores that differs from online commerce?
  8. If you could offer someone advice on getting into the cannabis industry, what would you advise them?

Silvia Orizaba is the Founder of Sacred Enterprises and the catalyst behind the Sacred line of pain relief products using hemp seed oil.  She has been in the cannabis industry since 2012, and she has created products using cannabis and its by-products throughout her career. In her current role, she is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Sacred’s line of hemp oil products for its retail plan, its marketing and its product development.

Previously, she served as Founder and CEO of CAI, an organization that invested in product development, education and regulation for companies interested in the cannabis industry.  CAI operated four companies—Cannabis Training Institute, Get Sacred, Hemp Sacred and one that brokered and sold dispensary licenses in Illinois and Nevada—and served as an advisor to several cannabis companies across the United States.
