Dana Spain is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist who gets her drive, passion and dedication to her community from her parents. Dana’s Spain Development Group, is committed to revitalizing Philadelphia’s neighborhoods.  Dana is the visionary behind the Fairmount @ Brewerytown.  The transformation of the historic Acme Warehouse Distribution Center, into 237,000 square feet of mixed-use space.

Dana joined Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) to help expand the reach of modular construction and to work on modular solutions to address the Affordable and Supportive housing crisis in America. Dana has followed her passion for animals and Veterans, founding Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) in 2006 and HAVEN Women in 2017.
