Andrea Hutchins is the first female President and CEO in the El Paso Chamber’s 125 year history, since taking the position of July, 2022. Hutchins is back in El Paso, where she served as the Economic Development Director for El Paso County in 2019-2022.
Inbetween, Hutchins served as the Chief Operating Officer for Thomas P. Miller & Associates, leading the three decades old education, economic, and workforce development consulting firm.
Hutchins has over 20 years of leadership experience holding positions in economic development, marketing and communications, and as a program manager. This includes high level positions with the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army.
