Building relationships…for LIFE!
Jeff Withers, a Neuro-Psychotherapist with Dynamic re-Engagement Australasia in Brisbane Australia who focuses on relationships, helping people find, understand, engage and build the “human connection” in their lives joins Enterprise Radio.
- What led you to focusing on relationships?
- How do you define relationships in our modern society?
- How does your approach differ from the more traditional approaches to relationships in the marketplace today?
- What is your main area of focus when we talk about “relationships”?
- Can you tell us a little more about your current work with families … for example, can you explain the Parenting for Life Project, what that means for families and how each and every family could benefit from the work you are involved in at the moment.
Tip: No matter who your partner is, or what “type” of relationship you are experiencing, respect, trust, engagement, communication, sharing and growing together all remain vitally important ingredients for success.
Jeff Withers, a business owner and educator of many years, is a Neuro-Psychotherapist, Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the Co-Creator and Founder of Neuro Linguistic Dance & movement Strategy (NLDMS), a unique combination of NLP, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, behavioural and cognitive awareness and dance/movement aimed at assisting individuals to engage and empower at a level most never experience.
He has developed a strong interest in the i-Ching, the ancient Chinese science that forms the basis of much of our western world of psychology today. He has become recognised as one of Australia’s most qualified and accredited consultants in applying this science in his work, particularly couples and families striving to achieve success.
Jeff is dedicated to assisting people to acknowledge that where they are at present within their relationships is not serving them as well as it could. He helps them to implement processes, apply knowledge, and develop skills which will allow them to identify and achieve their goals through enhanced communication and engagement. In essence, he sees his role as assisting others to move from a ‘stuck state’ to a more effective and resourceful one. That is, helping them to recognise that something has to change for a better and more productive environment to result.
He sees Dynamic re-Engagement as an agent of positive change for performance driven people who are seeking growth, not perfection, whether it is with individuals, couples, families or corporate teams looking to discover positive difference in their working and personal.
His interest in relationships in particular is focused on the simple premise that every one of us has the potential and ability to enjoy a successful and rewarding life.
