Tony Benich grew up in Salt Lake City Utah. As a boy he was always known as the kid that could build things.  After high school Tony went to work in the building supply industry.  Over the years Tony progressed in his craft as a builder and eventually the lead salesman for Burton lumber.  A little more than a year ago Tony’s son asked him to buy him a long board. After a little research and inspection of boards Tony realized he could build a better board.  Over the next year he developed a unique way to shape the wood into a longboard and established “Biche Boards” an affordable high quality longboard. Today Tony is building longboards from his garage with hopes to show the world a first class longboard.
