Tim Riddle has spent the past 27 years serving as a leader in both the marketplace and ministry. First, Riddle was the founder/CEO of Riddle & Company, a textile firm that manufactured specialty textiles products for the gift, department store, and hospitality hotel markets. Then Riddle accepted a call to ministry and served as the Executive Pastor of a multi-staff, non-denominational church located in Burlington, NC.
Recently Riddle has launched a new business called Discover Blind Spots where he spends his time helping leaders uncover blind spots within their organizations focusing on strategy, messaging, and the alignment of teams.
Riddle is the co-author of a new book entitled Blind Spots: What You Don’t See Can Hurt You which is scheduled to release in May of 2019. Riddle is married to his wife Stacy and has four children; Ragan, Carly, Fletcher, and Ellie.
