Linda Stanfield is the president of the locally owned office of Benjamin Franklin the Punctual Plumber, the fastest growing franchise plumbing company in the nation. She has been offering plumbing services across the Valley for 26 years. Linda Stanfield opened her Benjamin Franklin, The Punctual Plumber franchise in Arizona in 2005.

As the founder of a plumbing company Stanfield was instrumental in the planning and development from its inception to its growing presence today.  Stanfield started the company with her husband, who also happens to be her high school sweetheart. He had great construction plumbing skills and she had great people skills along with a BA in Business Administration. Among her key responsibilities, Stanfield is in charge of employee development, training, marketing and community involvement.

Her mission for Benjamin Franklin, The Punctual Plumber, is simple:  to be the leader in plumbing services with safety and on time plumbing services that people will refer to their friends and family because they loved the experience they have had with Benjamin Franklin, The Punctual Plumber.

Stanfield is a trailblazer when it comes to volunteering and making a difference within her community. She understands that her company has a responsibility to be not only ethical but good corporate citizens as well.  Benjamin Franklin, The Punctual Plumber is deeply committed to community involvement.  In the spring of 2011 the organization helped Flancer’s Pizzeria raise more than $33,000 towards the Wounded Warriors Project.  They donate monthly to Gabriel’s Angels, partnered with Rosie Romero from Rosie on the House to build the first ever Rosie/Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Habitat for Humanity home and SARRC to name a few.

The Better Business Bureau has awarded Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with its Ethics Award two times, the first plumber in the state to win this prestigious award twice.
Personally, Stanfield has served on several boards including: The Gilbert Chamber, NAWBO-Phoenix area, Gilbert Education Foundation, Gilbert Promotional Corporation, Habitat for Humanity, Gilbert Leadership, and Chandler Chamber of Commerce.  She has also been asked to sit on many panels for both educational and corporate forums including: Maricopa Connection Workforce Employer Panel, East Valley Alliance for Teachers in Education Support, and SRP Women’s Business owners Panel.

Linda and her office have received several professional accolades in 2012 alone including top honors in the Ranking Arizona 2012 poll having ranked as the number one plumbing company in the state, Angie’s List Super Service Award for Plumbing and Water Heaters for the 5th consecutive year, and is among the Blue Ribbon Award Winners from the US Chamber of Commerce.
