Matt Gouaux is a native Californian, raised in the San Joaquin Valley.  The eldest son of a nurse and a social worker, Matt attended public school. He learned the benefit of through contemplation, and the value of serving others at an early age.  A determined mind, persistent work ethic, and driving curiosity, created a momentum that made it possible for Matt to pay for his education while working a full time job and attending college.  He graduated with honors from California State University, Stainislaus and holds a B.A. in Economics.  An alumni of Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, Matt chose the San Franicsco Bay Area as “home,” and resides there with his wife and two children.

Matt is a resourceful thinker, who thrives on problem-solving.  As an attorney, he concentrates his legal practice on the design and tax-qualification of retirement plans including pension, profit sharing, 401(k) and 403(b) plans, and employee benefits related tax matters.
