Working Out While On Vacation with Francesca Pucher
Lot of people like to use the excuse that they are on vacation and they are goong to relax. Taking time while you are away to move is better than not doing anything. Try to stick to your workout routine as close as you can while you are on vacation. If you dont have a gym in your hotel there are exercises that you can still do. Use this time to get rest, eat some good fruits and vegetables, watch what you eat when eating out and get around and move more.
