Leslie Grubb is the founder of BeHappyLady.com and is currently coaching clients through workshops and private sessions (in person or by phone). She speaks locally to small groups regarding Happiness and it’s benefits to your health. She is a California credentialed teacher and also reaches out to pre-teen groups focusing on self-esteem. Leslie is a graduate from UCLA in psychology.
Leslie is a local artist, mother of five, wife of twenty years, dog owner and friend throughout her community. She is finishing up her Masters in Holistic Health and incorporates Mind, Body and Spirit into her Happiness curriculum. Leslie’s interests are: writing, reading, puzzles, tea, laughing, exercising, painting, flowers, family, friends, travel, and helping people be HAPPY!
