He left a successful 10-year corporate career to build a purpose-driven business committed to developing leaders and company cultures that embrace modern, progressive, and inclusive people practices.

Chris also founded and launched QueeHR, an online community that brings together LGBTQ+ and ally leaders in the people space so that they can support and inspire each other to bring more humanity into the workplace. A recent transplant to Tampa, where he lives with his partner, Chris also leads the Tampa Bay Chapter of Culture First, bringing together local people-first leaders to build a better world of work.
