As Director of Operations for Family & Children Services, Howard has overall responsibility for the business operations of Family & Children Services. In this role, Howard supports program development and implementation, develops new and expanded service opportunities, manages special projects, and provides financial management. Howard has been with the agency since 1999, beginning as director of Substance Abuse Services. He has extensive experience in substance abuse rehabilitation, neuropsychology, and bio psychosocial rehabilitation. Howard holds a master of science in clinical psychology from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, and a master of business administration from New York University.
