Josh and Tara Joseph are the Co-Founders of Big Plan Holdings. Josh is the CEO and Tara is the CFO of the Nashville-based diversified family holding company with investments in various industries.

One of the visions of BPH is to incubate new business ventures while also forging strategic investments and joint venture partnerships. Those behind the company are also passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Throughout his career in commercial real estate with Principal, Josh has brokered transactions totaling over $1.0 billion and his deals have taken place in over 40 states. 

In addition to being the Co-Founder and CFO of BPH, Tara is also the CFO of Edgehill Music Publishing, the Amulet Society, and American Paint. 

She comes from an extensive background in fashion design and senior-level retail management, working with companies such as Nordstrom and Claire’s Accessories. 

Tara founded “It’s So Tara” an upscale resale boutique in the Chicago metro area. She also created 3rd Eye Hi – a women’s lifestyle subscription box Company. 

For well over a decade, Tara has given her time to multiple organizations, serving as President of the Illinois District 102 Parent Teacher Organization and as the Fundraising Coordinator of the Stevenson High School Foundation. She founded the aforementioned Amulet Society to empower women, and serves as a member of the Amazing Women Entrepreneur Network. 

As the CFO of BPH, Tara seeks out new business opportunities and plays a major role in business acquisition alongside the CEO and her husband, Josh.
