  2. Across banking, healthcare, and industrial customers, what patterns does the team keep seeing in terms of measurable impact?
  3. What existing industry category would you compare Trust Posture Management to, and what does that comparison tell us about where it’s headed?
  4. Five years from now, what does the world look like when Trust Posture Management has become standard practice, and where do you see Trustwise?

Manoj Saxena is the CEO and founder of Trustwise, a company building the AI Control Plane, runtime control infrastructure that determines what AI agents are allowed to do before they act. A successful entrepreneur with several exits, Manoj built and sold two venture-backed software companies, one acquired by Commerce One and one by IBM. At IBM, he became the first general manager of IBM Watson. A pivotal encounter with a customer during a Watson healthcare demonstration led him to found the Responsible AI Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to responsible AI practices, ten years ago. He later started Trustwise to build the safety and control systems the AI industry was racing past in its pursuit of more powerful models. Under his leadership, Trustwise has grown its work across banking, healthcare, and industrial sectors, with customers including KPMG, NHS England, U.S. Bank, and NatWest. Manoj is a vocal advocate for what he calls Trust Posture Management, positioning it as the next essential enterprise category as AI moves from copilots to autonomous digital labor.
