James Hilton is the Founder and Chief Entrepreneurship Officer of The Simplus Group, Boston’s leading technology entrepreneurship firm. In 2010, James co-founded Jacox-Hilton Corporation with partner Cameron Jacox. The company introduced an award winning and game changing web application, lifeAssist, to the North American life insurance industry. lifeAssist was featured on the cover of Life Insurance Selling, and is used by Financial Advisors across Canada to manage and capitalize on in-force life insurance policies.
As an emerging technology entrepreneur, James’s expertise includes user interface and user experience design, business development, and direct marketing. James graduated in 2012 from Babson College, where he studied entrepreneurship and concentrated in finance and international management, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. In 2011, James was identified by the Entrepreneurs Organization to be one of the top 25 student entrepreneurs in the world. James often writes and speaks professionally on topics including entrepreneurship, business development, technology development, and entrepreneurship.
