Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Beverly Flaxington discuss the following:

(1) What skills are typically evident in the most successful entrepreneurs that you’ve seen?

(2) You talk a great deal in your work about behavioral style – explain how understanding this can help an entrepreneur or small business owner

(3) What are the top 3 most typical mistakes that entrepreneurs and leaders make?

(4) How can entrepreneurs/leaders correct these mistakes?

(5) What is the number one thing you’ve found makes the difference between successful entrepreneurs and those with a good idea but that don’t succeed?

Take-away tip: Many entrepreneurs are excellent in their discipline (product, technical, etc) but they don’t focus enough on the people and communication aspect including hiring, effective marketing messaging and communicating vision. These are critical skills to hone for long term success in any business.
