Gara has a passion for creating, managing and growing companies from the ground up. Prior to founding Vionic, he created several companies in the software technology and direct sales sectors. Most recently, Gara co-founded a direct sales company in the energy drink market that today operates in over 30+ countries, with sales in excess of $74 million.

Having authored several articles and books, Gara is recognized as a subject matter expert in the sales industry and is a frequent presenter at conferences worldwide.

Gara studied computer engineering at Carleton University. His career progressed from a regional sales director and general manager with two Fortune 500 companies to managing hundreds of employees with 60+ million in sales.
