Mike Sweeney is the founder of Tectrix, a fitness equipment company that made Inc. Magazine’s list of the Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S. in 1994. Spotting a trend, Mike acquired a virtual reality equipment company that same year. Ernst & Young awarded him Entrepreneur of the Year in 1994. He sold the company in 1998. A personal accessories brand, Clipa, was launched in 2009 and is now available in 25 countries. Mike enjoys thinking outside the box, applying his design and engineering experience to solve problems. He holds 6 patents.
